Our lovely Lynne has achieved some fantastic results, even after only just coming back from a week all inclusive holiday! ☀️ With a 2.45kg weight loss, a fantastic 36.5cm reduction in measurements, a decrease in body fat, improved hydration levels and a reduction in visceral fat 🙌🏼

These changes reflect not only her commitment and consistency, but also the positive impact these habits are having on her overall health and wellbeing 💚

Beyond the numbers, Lynne’s non-scale victories have been equally significant. She is making healthier food choices with confidence, creating sustainable habits that support her goals long term. An easy air fryer one this time from Speedy High Protein Book ~ Chicken Fried Rice 😋 I added some roasted tenderstem broccoli too 🥦 didn’t have teriyaki sauce so used light sweet chilli sauce instead…came in at just over 500 calories and over 47g protein 💚

Give it up for our beautiful Review 5 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼

In less than 4.5 months, Jo has achieved an incredible transformation that goes far beyond the number on the scales!✨

Losing an outstanding 13.85kg (30.5lb), reducing body measurements by 70cm, and dropping 7.2% body fat are phenomenal results that reflect true commitment and consistency 🔥

Improvements in hydration, a reduction of 3 litres of visceral fat, and even lowering metabolic age by 13 years show just how much healthier and stronger the body has become from the inside out!♥️

Review 4 for our lovely .army91 💚

Over the past 12 weeks, Jay has achieved incredible results both on and off the scales 🙌🏼

She is now 11.2kg (25lbs) lighter 🪶 , has reduced her measurements by 55cm overall 📏 , lowered her body fat by 4.7% 😮‍💨 and reduced visceral fat by 3 litres ♥️ — moving out of the red zone 👏🏼👏🏼 and she has also improved her muscle quality! 💪🏼

Beyond the physical changes, the non-scale victories have been just as rewarding 🥰 Jay is feeling so much better in herself, has had to buy new clothes 👖 because her old ones are now too big, and has dropped three dress sizes! 🔥🔥🔥 Other people are starting to notice her transformation too!
