Showing Gratitude, can be as simple as thanking someone for a cup of tea, but have you actually taken the time to think about what you are actually grateful for?
Some of you may read this and think to yourself, that you have nothing to be grateful for, but now think again……… if you are reading this, you are alive, you have sight, you can read, you have a mobile phone so you have money to pay for it and the list goes on.

Evening Gratitude…… 5 things you have been Grateful for, that’s happened during the day 🥰
