This is what choosing yourself actually looks like.

Not the “I meditated once and now I’m enlightened” version.

The version where you’ve been running on empty so long you forgot what feeling yourself feels like. Where “I’m fine” became autopilot because the real answer was too heavy to say out loud.

Then one day you lay down on a mat in a room full of strangers and breathed until something came alive again.

That’s High on Love.

😳I used to say it alot too, and I've heard it so many times from clients and even on *Love is Blind*. It’s one of the main reasons they join the show—they believe that "all the good ones are taken."

➡️But this is just a belief we create to protect ourselves after another heartbreak, disappointment or ghosting.

❤️‍🩹The problem is, this belief you’re buying into is the reason you’re not finding anyone.

So instead, what if you started saying this:➡️

🧲“There are good ones out there, we just haven’t found each other yet!”

😍Sounds better right? Our words have power so be careful what you wish for.
