Lovely Yoga classes in Beaminster this morning.
After the asana practices there was a deep stillness and sense of space and ease during the relaxations. The only movement was quiet breathing. Bliss!!

Reminder that there are YOGA classes on Wednesdays in the Skyrm Room, Beaminster Town Hall. Friendly groups and experienced teacher.

9.30 -11am is a mixed-ability general class.
11.15 - 12.45 is a class allowing for more modifications for beginners and those with creaks and groans!!
