I missed doing this in February I think I was too busy hibernating and laughing at squirrels 🐿 shoving nuts in their chops. Anyway, resurrected from the depths of winter. Monthly Relaxation Session whoo.

Now running first Thursday of every month at 7.30pm UK time.

Sometimes I doubt my capabilities or get bored and think I should be doing something else, you know the grass is greener thing, but then you meet a client who provides just as much healing to you as you give out and I soooooooooo appreciate you showing up with your bodies and emotions and giving feedback, otherwise my role would be pretty pointless.

Ps thank you to my earlier client (another adorable being) who made me cry saying thank you for all my support, but I cried as it sounded like it was THE end, please note I am not giving up yet, just reducing my days and time in Bristol slightly.

Good to be back squidging beings shoulders in offices, bringing in Bowen with any rounded shoulders, restricted neck movements or emosh sticky points, as well as massage to shoulders, neck, upper back & scalp.

OMG that was so good to get away.

I went by myself to Portugal to have time out, be by the sea, to connect in with nature & myself, but joined a kizomba festival for 3 days, so lots of dancing 💃& meeting lush beings. 🥰

Morning meditation outside with palm trees swooshing around. I woke up to find the flowers had circled near the chair which helped entice me to sit & recite mantra.

I have a very busy mind, who doesn't? But I find mornings are when I have so much energy but to make time to check in with some breathing, body scan & meditation is so supportive.

I'm a big fan of balanced breathing and body scans, some of you I have already shared this with you if you come for treatments, it's super simple. I'm also excited to be offering another monthly relaxation sesh this month where we will do just that, more deets coming soon 😘

Also lush to be back treating my reggies (beings that let me squidge them regular 🤣) this week.
