I'm Rachel,

I am also a fully qualified and insured baby massage, Baby Reflexology and Baby Yoga Teacher, I was first introduced to baby massage when studying at college 19 years ago. While at college, working in childcare and bringing my own beautiful babies into the world I have experienced first hand the wealth of health and emotional rewards which all these t

herapies can provide. Baby massage and Baby reflexology are beautiful fun bonding experiences for parents/carers and babies alike. They help with common aliments of infancy such as colic, wind and constipation,additionally stimulating and supporting your babies physical, emotional and social development. When we massage our babies we help release the hormone oxytocin in them which helps regulate the cortisol or stress levels. This makes a happier more content baby. My aim is to empower you with these beautiful skills. Over the informative relaxed and fun courses you will learn the background of massage and the benefits of the strokes and sequences used. All taking place in a supportive nurturing environment providing the opportunity to meet other parents/carers, all spending quality time bonding with your babies. This courses will provide you with the skill and knowledge to give your baby a wonderful 45 minute massage. Use of massage oil and a detailed booklet to take home showing all the technequies will be provided for each parent/carer. I offer full courses, one to one in your home, baby massage for groups of friends, taster sessions and dads only groups. My baby classes are baby led, so expect the unexpected! The courses are run over 8 weeks
If you Really enjoy the course your more than welcome to come along again or join us for baby yoga and sensory play. Baby yoga has many benefits the same as massage and also helps with babies flexibility,

To the parent wondering whether to book a class...

I know how easy it is to put yourself last when you have a baby.

The days are busy, the weeks fly by, and before you know it another month has passed. That's why I believe it's so important to make time for moments that are just for you and your little one.

A chance to switch off from the washing, the cleaning and the endless to-do list.

A chance to meet other parents who are in the same season of life.

A chance to create memories you'll look back on long after your baby has grown.

Over the next few months I'll be running Baby Massage & Reflexology courses, Summer Sensory Messy Play sessions and Halloween-themed events, all designed to bring families together in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Hi everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to check in, as I've been a little quieter on here recently.
Since we welcomed Frazer into the world, life has naturally become much busier, and finding a balance between family life and running my business has been an adjustment.
Although things may look a little different my passion for what I do remains as strong as ever. Supporting parents and their little ones through baby massage is something I feel incredibly privileged to do, and I am excited to continue offering my baby massage courses alongside my themed special classes.
Building this business over the last 12 years has always been about creating meaningful connections, nurturing confidence, and providing a welcoming space for families. Every recommendation, share, and kind word helps make that possible, and I am truly grateful for the continued support.
