Since losing my own hearing 20 years ago - and experiencing various providers including the NHS - I have wanted to do things differently. g aids. If your hearing aids need a part replacing, you’ll find that you are a priority over new enquiries. If you struggle with tinnitus, you’ll be told that I can help, and I will help. If you need a home visit because you can’t get to clinic, you will find it can be done. If you want to text instead of call, it can be done. If you need advice on a new hearing problem or situation, you’ll receive it. You’ll notice the difference in my service from the moment you first get in touch. If you have had issues in the past and feel you are a ‘difficult’ customer, then please come and see me.
