‘My Slimming World group helped me believe in myself again 😍’.

Ally joined Slimming World after a heart-to-heart with her daughter left her worried for her long-term health. She’d struggled with her weight for a while but was now determined to be around for her kids for as long as possible 🤗.

Thanks to the support she found at group, Ally lost 7st (44.5kg), and rediscovered her confidence. Partway through her journey, she even had a hip replacement – and the changes she’d made meant she was back on her feet in just three months 🧡.

Let's hear it for our Man of the Year 2026, Harry 🏆! After losing an amazing 14st 5.5lbs (91.4kg) – more than half his body weight 😱 – he’s completely transformed his life ❤️.
At 25st 6.5lbs (161.7kg), he found his weight affected every part of his life. As a letting agent, he'd sometimes drive to appointments that were just two minutes away on foot because the walk felt too much.
Since joining Slimming World, Harry has made lasting changes with the support of his Consultant and fellow members, including his mum Sarah 🥰. Now he's achieved things he never thought possible, like climbing Snowdon ⛰️.
