Hasn’t every morning this week felt like winter came early? 🥶 The air’s crisp, the sun’s shy, and our bodies are already bracing for the season ahead.
I’ve been thinking a lot about how our bodies feel—stiff shoulders, tired backs, that deep chill that settles in and stays. It’s easy to ignore until it catches up with you.
