Not fixed. Better.

Today felt heavy

Until I popped outside.

Sun on my skin.

Swifts screeching overhead.

And I felt better.

The thing is, I know being outside helps me.

I know gentle movement helps.

But knowing isn't the same as feeling.

I'm finding myself talking about food a lot lately… which, if I'm honest, surprises me because I fell out of love with it anyway while back

Not eating it 😅 Talking about it.

But various things have cropped up lately which seem to have reignited my fire.

If you're looking for restriction, calorie counting, another diet, I'm not your person.

I'm much more interested in helping you spot the gaps in your diet and plugging them with everyday foods.

Because I'm not interested in helping you lose half a stone for your holiday only to leave you feeling knackered & anxious and wondering why you can't relax and enjoy yourself

I want you thinking more clearly.

Having the energy to do things with your friends.

Feeling confident at work.

Being with your family without the rage setting in.

I know weight loss is at the forefront of many women's minds, and yes, I can help with that in most cases.

It's just not where we start.

Because you can't expect your body to have the resilience to support you through the extremes perimenopause can bring when you simply haven't been caring for it for years.

And that's exactly why my approach isn't about dieting.

It's about nourishing your body so you can feel like yourself again.

I have two spaces left for 1:1 support starting over the next couple of weeks.

(Peri)menopause is so much more than hot flushes

You also don’t need to wait until things are ‘bad enough’ before getting support

There is so much you can do to improve these symptoms with movement, simple nutrition and relaxation

It was exciting to share everything I’m building at the studio too…
The community around it, the sessions planned, the guest practitioners coming in and all the different ways we’ll be able to support you through this stage of life

There’s definitely a buzz building now and launch night is getting close
