** Lights Out Swim Sessions **

We'll be creating some 'lights out' swim sessions in the next few days, where you can swim with just the pool underwater lights and our cool logo !

We did a few of these sessions a couple of years ago at our centre in Eastbourne and they were sooooo popular we've decided to bring them to our Brighton swim centre.

Sessions will last 30 mins or 1 hour in our VIP pool and will be available to Club members only.

Join our Club for £6.95pm and get access to these sessions plus 50% off all other swims

One 30-minute swimming lesson a week might not sound like much.

But over a year, that's:

- 52 opportunities to learn
- 1,560 minutes building confidence in the water
- Around 26 hours of movement, practice and progress
- 52 chances to develop essential water-safety skills
- 52 times they showed up, tried something new and kept going

One lesson may not feel like much.

But small, consistent steps add up to something extraordinary.

Progress does not always happen in big leaps. Sometimes it looks like turning up, trying again, and becoming a little more confident each week.

Swimming is a life skill - and it's one of the greatest gifts we can give our children.

It's not just about strokes and distances. It's confidence in the water, safety for life, and a skill they'll carry with them long after they've grown. And the very first step? That's the one that matters most.
Our amazing team at Blue Lagoon would love to help you take that first step - and every step after that - on your child's swimming journey.

Your first class is completely FREE (a 30-minute trial class) so your little one can meet our teachers, explore our warm water pool, and see for themselves how much fun learning to swim can be.

Book now and see why everyone is talking about our incredible teachers!
