If youâre new here, I want you to know who youâre trusting before you ever sit in my chair.
Iâve been a registered nurse for 20 years.
An advanced practitioner and independent prescriber for 10.
And Iâve specialised in aesthetic medicine for the last decade.
But before all of that, Iâm a woman navigating the same life shifts many of you are.
Iâm a business owner.
Iâm a mum to two young children.
I had my babies in my 30s, and I understand the hormonal changes, the exhaustion, the identity shifts â and the constant balancing act of trying to be a good mum, daughter, friend, partner⌠while building a career that feels aligned and meaningful.
Itâs a lot.
And somewhere in the middle of holding everything together, many women quietly stop recognising themselves.
Thatâs usually when they find me.
Not because they want to look different.
But because they want their reflection to match how capable and vibrant they still feel inside.
My work is grounded in medical experience â but guided by a deep understanding of women.
Over the coming months, Iâll be integrating more womenâs health and longevity into my practice. Because your skin, your hormones and your confidence are not separate conversations.
I invest heavily in ongoing education and Iâm proud to be a member of BAMAN, the Nurses Network, the British Association of Dermatology Nurses, the British Menopause Society, the British Association of Sclerotherapists, ACE, CMAC and the Royal College of Nurses.
Not for the titles.
But because safety, evidence and long-term thinking matter.
I will sometimes say no.
I prioritise subtle, balanced, age-appropriate results.
And I care far more about how your face looks in five years than five weeks.
If youâre here, youâre welcome to take your time.
Read. Watch. Ask questions when youâre ready.
