bing from Kings College London in 2015

Kate worked in A&E before specialising in addictions and progressed to a position of Lead Nurse and Independent Prescriber in Central London. In 2008, she decided to pursue a career in Aesthetics and completed training in dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments and has not stopped learning since. Having completed multiple courses at advanced and masterclass level and later going on to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Therapies, Kate is trained to the highest standards in the treatments she offers. Patients can relax in the comfort that they are being treated safely by a highly trained and experienced clinician who offers a 24 hour contact service following treatment.

As the aesthetic industry is largely unregulated in the UK, Kate prides herself on practicing safely and ethically with the patient's best interest held at the core of every treatment plan. Kate takes a holistic approach, focusing not only on specific issues, but the face, body and overall wellness as a whole. She will always offer advice on nutrition and lifestyle changes that will help improve your skin and overall wellness. While injectable treatments alone can achieve great results, exceptional results come from combining these with good nutrition and hydration, medical grade skin care & peels, year round sun protection and lifestyle changes.

If you’re new here, I want you to know who you’re trusting before you ever sit in my chair.

I’ve been a registered nurse for 20 years.
An advanced practitioner and independent prescriber for 10.
And I’ve specialised in aesthetic medicine for the last decade.

But before all of that, I’m a woman navigating the same life shifts many of you are.

I’m a business owner.
I’m a mum to two young children.
I had my babies in my 30s, and I understand the hormonal changes, the exhaustion, the identity shifts — and the constant balancing act of trying to be a good mum, daughter, friend, partner… while building a career that feels aligned and meaningful.

It’s a lot.

And somewhere in the middle of holding everything together, many women quietly stop recognising themselves.

That’s usually when they find me.

Not because they want to look different.
But because they want their reflection to match how capable and vibrant they still feel inside.

My work is grounded in medical experience — but guided by a deep understanding of women.

Over the coming months, I’ll be integrating more women’s health and longevity into my practice. Because your skin, your hormones and your confidence are not separate conversations.

I invest heavily in ongoing education and I’m proud to be a member of BAMAN, the Nurses Network, the British Association of Dermatology Nurses, the British Menopause Society, the British Association of Sclerotherapists, ACE, CMAC and the Royal College of Nurses.

Not for the titles.
But because safety, evidence and long-term thinking matter.

I will sometimes say no.
I prioritise subtle, balanced, age-appropriate results.
And I care far more about how your face looks in five years than five weeks.

If you’re here, you’re welcome to take your time.
Read. Watch. Ask questions when you’re ready.

One question I get asked in clinic all the time is:

“Which skincare should I actually use?”

And honestly, I understand why people feel confused.

The shelves are full of beautiful products promising incredible results. Expensive brands, trending ingredients, complicated routines… but most people still aren’t sure what genuinely works.

Over the years I realised something.

Many people were either spending a fortune on big brand skincare because they assumed the price meant quality… or they were buying cheaper products that simply didn’t contain ingredients strong enough to make a real difference.

And somewhere in the middle, patients were left guessing.

That’s exactly why I decided to create my own skincare range.

Not to add “another brand” to the market, but to create something I could confidently recommend to my patients.

Products built around high-quality, evidence-backed ingredients. Thoughtfully formulated to support real skin health, not just trends or marketing.

And something else mattered to me too — accessibility.

Because good skincare shouldn’t only be available to people willing to spend hundreds on luxury labels.

The goal was simple: clinically supported ingredients, carefully formulated products, and quality you can trust — without the big brand price tag.

If you’d like help choosing the right products for your skin, I’m always happy to guide you.

One of the most common conversations I have with women in clinic isn’t about wrinkles.

It’s about feeling different.

They tell me they look tired when they’re not. That their face feels heavier somehow. Less defined. Less like the person they recognise in the mirror.

Often, these changes appear around the same time as the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause, when collagen declines, skin becomes thinner and drier, and the structures that once supported the face begin to soften.

What most women are looking for isn’t a dramatic change.

They’re not asking to look different.

They simply want to look like themselves again.

That’s one of the reasons I’ve embraced Profhilo Structura in clinic. Rather than adding volume or changing facial contours, it works by supporting and improving the quality of the tissue itself, helping to restore subtle structure, resilience and freshness in a way that feels incredibly natural.

No obvious signs of treatment.
No loss of expression.
Just a face that feels more supported, rested and familiar.

If you’ve started noticing these changes and you’re curious about your options, book a consultation via the link in my bio or send me a DM with the word “STRUCTURA” and I’ll be happy to help. 💌

Perimenopause doesn’t just affect how you feel — it affects how your skin behaves too.

For many women, this is the decade when their trusted skincare routine suddenly stops working.

Skin becomes drier.
More sensitive.
Breakouts appear out of nowhere.
Redness lingers longer.
And the skin can start to feel less resilient than it once did.

The reason? Hormones.

Estrogen plays a vital role in collagen production, hydration, skin thickness, wound healing, and barrier function. During perimenopause, fluctuating and declining estrogen levels can create significant changes in the way your skin looks, feels, and responds.

The good news is that there are ways to support your skin through this transition.

In clinic, I often combine treatments such as:

✨ Profhilo to deeply hydrate and stimulate collagen production
✨ BioRePeel to help manage hormonal congestion and breakouts
✨ Croma Polynucleotides to calm redness, improve skin quality, and support repair
✨ LED Therapy to reduce inflammation and enhance results

And perhaps most importantly, ensuring your home skincare evolves alongside your skin’s changing needs.

Because peri-menopausal skin isn’t “problem skin”—it’s skin that needs a different kind of support.

If you’ve noticed your skin changing and can’t quite understand why, this may be the missing piece of the puzzle.
