Join us for a slow, nourishing weekend set against the stunning, unrivalled backdrop of North Wales — a chance to switch off, move your body, enjoy good food, and spend time with like minded individuals. Expect gentle yoga, fresh air, cosy moments, and plenty of space to rest.

Optional extras include a guided nature walk led by Ailsa, massage treatments by Maddie, and powerful gong baths led by our gong practitioner, Alisha.

The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with plenty of opportunities to connect over shared meals, time in nature, and quiet moments around the fire.

Delicious and nutritious food will be cooked on site with fresh, natural ingredients and planned by our nutritionist, Vera, to support your gut, energy, and overall wellbeing. Meals are colourful, balanced, mostly vegetarian and gluten‑free, and tailored to your dietary needs.

It’s a weekend to breathe, stretch, laugh, unwind, and head home feeling lighter and more grounded.

I love harvesting season 🌿

This gorgeous patch of wild garlic has given me several jars of wild garlic pesto before flowering! Some of them are still in the freezer 😋

The leaves become less fragrant and more fibrous once they flower, best picked when they first come out in late March. You can still eat the flowers and they are a beautiful decoration for salads.

Wild garlig is great to balance blood pressure and good for the liver, it helps detoxification.

✨️THE INCREDIBLE FOOD AT THE RETREAT✨️

We will be offering delicious, fresh and nutritious food during the course of the retreat that will be entirely cooked on site with love by us.
The meals will be carefully planned with attention and knowledge by the nutritionist Vera with the aim to provide a weekend of food that will be restorative for your gut and your entire organism.
The food will be mainly vegetarian and gluten free and Vera will use a paleo-ketogenic approach to construct the meals, making sure that every meal is made with natural ingredients and packed with fibre, fat and protein in order to maintain balance in your blood sugar.
Your allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements will be collected when you sign up and options will be provided when necessary.
Having a nutritionist on site sets this retreat apart from other yoga retreats and will give you the opportunity to discuss your general wellness or any digestive related questions with Vera.

Can't wait to tell you all about it at Out & Wild festival on Saturday at 4pm 🤩

Do you know those days in which your rage is out of control and nothing goes right? As opposed to those days in which everything flows, you feel like a million-dollar baby and your multitasking skills seem exceptional? Have you ever noticed that they come in a pattern based around your menstrual cycle? And why does it all feel out of control when we approach menopause?
Our menstrual cycle governs our life whether we like it or not but we live in a world that is so out-of-synch with it and perfectly synched with the hormonal cycle of our male counterpart. This is not just the root to a lot of menstrual problems like PMS and menopausal symptoms but also to a lot of relationship problems (especially in le***an relationships) and a threat to the whole wellbeing of all women. How to make it better then?
I will explore the menstrual cycle from a holistic perspective and we will discover how to live our lives by it, rather than against it, how to practice menstrual cycle awarness and you will receive some lifestyle and nutrition tips to live a balanced and pain-free cyclical life.

Have you ever heard of Menstrual Cycle Awereness (MCA)?
MCA is a spiritual practice and the ultimate mindfulness tool for women. It consists first of all in being present with what day and phase of your menstrual cycle you are in.
The first day of bleeding is your day one and so on, you keep counting until your next bleed.
It allows you to be deeply in tune with the changes in your body and mind throughout your cycle and, potentially, to plan your life around it.
Ideally, cycle after cycle of charting your days, you get to understand your own unique pattern - something that no tracking app could ever tell you!
