Join us for a slow, nourishing weekend set against the stunning, unrivalled backdrop of North Wales — a chance to switch off, move your body, enjoy good food, and spend time with like minded individuals. Expect gentle yoga, fresh air, cosy moments, and plenty of space to rest.
Optional extras include a guided nature walk led by Ailsa, massage treatments by Maddie, and powerful gong baths led by our gong practitioner, Alisha.
The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with plenty of opportunities to connect over shared meals, time in nature, and quiet moments around the fire.
Delicious and nutritious food will be cooked on site with fresh, natural ingredients and planned by our nutritionist, Vera, to support your gut, energy, and overall wellbeing. Meals are colourful, balanced, mostly vegetarian and gluten‑free, and tailored to your dietary needs.
