Soothe Stress and Boost your Wellbeing in 2025!

New research (University of Bath, 2024) shows that just 10 minutes of daily mindfulness practice can boost wellbeing and fight depression.

Starting in April, I will be facilitating Mini Mindfulness for Stress Sessions in the beautiful Loft Room at the Cornerstone Community Centre in Hove. In these 1 hour sessions you will learn a powerful toolkit to help you to soothe stress and live with more wellbeing.

Also coming up, I am facilitating two workshops. A Pathway Through Stress & Burnout on Saturday 15th March, for Evolution Arts in Brighton and a Mindfulness for Stress, The Essentials workshop at the Cornerstone Community Centre in Hove on Saturday 3rd May.
