I'm so so grateful that I get to spend time holding space for all of you that turn up and journey through these teachings with me 🙏🏽

10 years ago when I qualified as a teacher, it was for my own practice. I had no intention in sharing anything or the confidence to either. 10 years on, we've just sold out two big retreat venues in a year, I'm teaching aspiring teachers on a training course, I've travelled the world to learn from the most amazing leaders and most importantly, I've made many friends along the way 🫶🏽

Your support & interest in what I have to offer, means so much to me.

Behind the scenes it can be messy at times. I get it wrong, burn out from time to time, sometimes I cry (& mess up my accounts lol) but that's part of the experience. Learning and growing in this crazy time on mother earth 🌎

Peace

Consciousness

To honour the universe

I recently led a group in chanting this mantra in circle together. To channel the awareness of peace that lies within.

The outside world is often of caos, division, political noise. But behind that, in front of that and around that, is stillness. Is Shanti.

It's hard to see truth sometimes when we are being pulled to be anything but peaceful. That's the point of mindful attention though, to see beyond the illusion of the projection shown to us.

Shanti is an inside job first, the quicker people realise that the quicker it will become visible on the outside too.

What can you do to bring more peace to your inner world first?

Zen - A Nervous System Reset

May 2nd 2-5pm

Join Jay for an afternoon of all things Zen. From a deeper look at Yin Yoga and Fascia, to calming breathwork, the use of Qigong toning and Zen Meditation to align and calm the body's nervous system.

The session includes:

☯️ An extended Yin Yoga practice
☯️ Gentle breathwork
☯️ Qigong toning
☯️ Zen Meditation
☯️ Q&A on Yin/Zen philosophy, TCM and Fascia

The afternoon would suit anyone looking to work with regulatating the nervous system, beginners to Yoga, those who want to practice an extended Yin class, learn more about the philosophy behind Yin, understanding fascia in class or release stuck energy (also included why Yin is not stretching!).
