DEAD SLOW- a long established tattoo and piercing studio in central Brighton. Formerly Nine, co-owned by resident artists Jack Applegate and Kirsty Simpson. Jack and Kirsty have owned the business from November 2014 having both worked at Nine for six and a half and two and a half years respectively.
