What is qigong? The transformative power of qigong comes from the simultaneous cultivation of body, breath and mind.
What is taichi qigong? Developed by a Chinese doctor in the 1970s, this popular qigong form is practised by millions throughout the world. Inspired by taichi, it focuses on a balanced and integrated body structure, smooth flowing movements, lower abdominal breathing and a calm and present mind. You can view the whole form here.
What will it do for me? practised regularly, taichi qigong can help build better physical, mental and emotional health, prevent disease, and be a true friend for life.
Is it for me? This weekend will be suitable both for complete beginners and more advanced practitioners. However, you will need to be comfortable standing up for fairly long periods of time.
Can I pay in instalments? Please contact [email protected] to arrange.
