Join us beneath Juneā€™s Strawberry Moon for an extended sauna journey of heat, ritual and lunar connection.

This yearā€™s Strawberry Moon arrives in Capricorn, bringing grounded, steady energy and an invitation to slow down, reflect and reconnect with what truly matters. While the Full Moon shines a light on what weā€™re ready to celebrate, release or commit to, Capricorn reminds us to do so with intention.

During this special 90-minute session, weā€™ll work with the energy of the moon through guided sauna rituals, aromatherapy, body treatments and leaf whisking, designed to help you unwind and reset in body and mind.

SLOWLY DOES IT šŸ¦‹

Itā€™s easy to feel like weā€™re always chasing the next thing, rushing towards a future version of ourselves or waiting for the perfect moment to start.

Nature doesnā€™t work like that.

The seasons arrive when theyā€™re ready. Flowers bloom in their own time. Trees grow steadily, without hurry or comparison.

Maybe thatā€™s one of the reasons we love sauna so much. For an hour or two, thereā€™s nowhere else to be. No notifications, no deadlines, no pressure to do more. Just heat, breath, water and the simple act of slowing down.

The longest day of the year has long been celebrated as a time of light, abundance and connection.
Join us for a special Solstice sauna ritual inspired by the warmth and energy of midsummer.
Expect uplifting oak leaf treatments, floral and citrus infused aufguss rounds, cold water plunges, good tunes and plenty of sweet summer vibes. Weā€™ll finish the evening sharing fresh fruit, toasting marshmallows around the campfire and watching the sun go down by the lagoon.

BRIGHTON SAUNA FESTIVAL

Weā€™re here for the next 3 days with a gaggle of glorious saunas and sauna masters bringing you steamy delights, music and wonderful whisking as part of the inaugural sauna festival on Brighton Beach. foto was chilling us with her ā€˜Big Calmā€™ ritual this morning and will be bringing ā€˜seasons, senses and steamā€™ at 5 and 6pm today in our very own sauna tent.
Or why not join and for some disco delights at 6pm in the sauna ā€¦. And then do it all again tomorrow šŸ¤˜

Sauna in a heatwave might sound backwardsā€¦ but it genuinely helps your body feel better in the heat šŸŒž

The deep sweat helps release heat and tension from the body, while the hot/cold contrast leaves you feeling refreshed, energised and way less sluggish afterwards. Itā€™s basically giving your nervous system a proper reset instead of just melting through the day.

Led by community singing facilitator Mags (.singingmamas.sussex), this gentle sing-along sauna blends simple uplifting songs with the deeply grounding atmosphere of the sauna space.

No singing experience is needed - this is all about connection, breath, and the joy of using your voice together in a relaxed and welcoming setting designed to calm your nervous system and leave you feeling calmer and lighter.
