This is your permission to slow down and give to yourself. When you fill your cup, you inspire your loved ones to do this too. It’s time for you to bloom!

As we approach the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, we gather to honour a powerful moment in nature’s cycle — a time of light, growth, abundance and reflection. A chance to pause, celebrate how far you’ve come and reconnect with what truly matters.

When women remember that they are part of nature, rather than separate from it, life often begins to feel less like something to push through and more like something to move with.

Research in neuroscience and polyvagal theory shows that safe, supportive connection can help regulate the nervous system, reducing stress and increasing feelings of calm, belonging and wellbeing. Our nervous systems respond to cues of safety through presence, eye contact, tone of voice and authentic human connection.

In many ways, gathering in circle is not only ancient wisdom, it is something the nervous system deeply recognises and responds to.

Our circles are intentionally kept small to create greater depth, trust and connection. We are a diverse group of women from different backgrounds, cultures, ages and life experiences, coming together to reconnect with ourselves, each other and the wisdom of nature’s cycles.

This is the kind of community I wish more mothers and women knew existed. How singing heals, connects and uplifts!

Meet . We met at the nourishing sauna , which is well worth visiting if you enjoy saunas!!

Béa has just started a Brighton branch of Singing Mamas. A place to support mothers in any moment of life, where children are welcome too.

She is a mother, singer, percussionist, dancer, osteopath and trauma-informed therapist.

I was blessed when joining her class, as I found myself in a group with four babies, and having a daughter that is nearly 12, brought me to another perspective and energy of life.

I remember how I felt around that time, being a new mama and how much I was missing a sense of having a village around me.

The class was so nourishing, refreshing and healing that I decided I want to support Béa and her mission - to support other mothers!

Listen to her interview at Radio Fred, and find out how her culture have influenced her life, how her journey took her to a place of empowerment not just for herself, but for others too.

Tune in to hear more about her story, the person holding space for you, and how what she offers can support you and people around you.

Thank you for filming, editing and supporting our radio show. If you are looking for a Strategic Digital Growth Partner, I highly recommend her.

❤️ Let's move away from competition and tearing each other down - and move towards supporting each other's businesses, mission and spark.

Do you want to know how the Women Circles I facilitate may be different from others?

As someone that is highly sensitive, I've worked really hard to be meticulous about the space you enter into, to make sure you feel welcome, safe and looked after.

Watch the video for glimpses of what you'll receive.

Women are biologically wired for connection and co-regulation. Find out a piece of how you'll be looked after in the circles facilitated by me, in this video.

Research in neuroscience and polyvagal theory shows that our nervous systems constantly respond to cues of safety through eye contact, tone of voice, presence, touch and supportive human connection.

When women gather in safe, authentic spaces, stress hormones such as cortisol can begin to lower, while the body may increase feelings associated with oxytocin — often called the 'bonding hormone' — helping us feel calmer, more connected and emotionally supported.

Studies also show that emotional states can be contagious within groups. This means regulated, grounded connection can positively influence the nervous system, helping women move from stress, overwhelm or isolation into greater calm, belonging and resilience. In many ways, gathering in circle is not only ancient wisdom, it is something the nervous system deeply recognises and responds to.

Our circles are designed to invite women of different backgrounds, cultures and archetypes. They are small to create more depth, safety and possibility for healing. Tailored to help you connect deeper within, become more embodied, present and alive!

After you have attended, stay connected with the other participants through our WhatsApp group.

Check out links in my bio for upcoming circles.

You are warmly welcome to join us!

With love,
Maria ❤️

You can be 45 and still be living like a 19-year-old, stuck in the Maiden Archetype.

Alive, curious, free-spirited, those are her gifts.

She brings passion, possibility, creativity and the courage to begin again.

But her shadow can look like ignoring red flags, chasing validation, overgiving, struggling with boundaries, or repeating the same painful patterns in love, work and life.

Not because you’re broken, but because that archetype still has lessons to mature through.

When you understand which archetypes are leading your life, and which ones are underdeveloped or missing, everything begins to make sense.

Ready to explore this more deeply?

The Mother Archetype is not only about having children. She lives within all of us.

She is the nurturer, protector, caregiver and life-giver. The part that holds others with love, warmth and compassion.

But when out of balance, she can also lose herself in caring for everyone else, while neglecting her own needs.

Feminine Archetypes are ancient patterns and energies that have existed across cultures for thousands of years, reflected in mythology, storytelling, spirituality and human behaviour.

In the modern Western world, archetypal psychology became widely known through Carl Jung, who explored how universal patterns live within the human psyche.

The feminine archetypes help us understand the many parts of ourselves as women. The maiden, mother, lover, queen, mystic and more.

Not to put ourselves in boxes, but to remember the fullness of who we are.

Sometimes healing is not about becoming someone new.

It’s about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that went quiet.

What if you stopped trying to be perfect, and started trying to find more pieces of yourself?

What if you're not missing something, you just haven't met all of yourself yet.

We all carry different archetypes within us.

Different parts. Different ways of being.

When life starts to feel flat, stuck, or like something is just off, it's often not because something is broken.

It's because a part of you has gone quiet. A resource you have always had inside you, but somewhere along the way, stopped accessing.

Understanding your archetypes isn't about adding more to yourself.

It's about coming home to the parts that were always there, waiting.

If you're ready to explore this work properly, in a space that holds your whole story across time, I have space for 1-1 clients.

There is a unique kind of healing that can only happen in a community, especially in a circle of like-minded people. Something shifts the moment you realise you don’t have to be strong, perfect or 'together' to belong.

When you speak your truth and feel everyone stays with you, not turning away, not judging, simply witnessing — a deep exhale happens in the body.

Your nervous system relaxes.

Your heart remembers its softness.

In these sacred spaces, something old and wise awakens. We reconnect to the part of us that knows how to listen, how to trust, how to show up authentically and how to ask for what we need. And when we see others doing the same, it reminds us that vulnerability is not weakness, it’s connection.

This is why I facilitate Women Circles, Family & Systemic Constellations workshops.

Because being witnessed in your truth is healing.

Because having your emotions held by a safe, loving community changes something deep inside.

Because belonging is medicine.

And because together, we remember who we truly are.

Each person's story is another piece of each other’s puzzles. We are all connected, and when we come together in these ways, we can transform together, instead of alone.

Life feels a bit lighter, a bit more manageable, maybe even a bit more expansive and joyful!
