This is your permission to slow down and give to yourself. When you fill your cup, you inspire your loved ones to do this too. It’s time for you to bloom!
As we approach the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, we gather to honour a powerful moment in nature’s cycle — a time of light, growth, abundance and reflection. A chance to pause, celebrate how far you’ve come and reconnect with what truly matters.
When women remember that they are part of nature, rather than separate from it, life often begins to feel less like something to push through and more like something to move with.
Research in neuroscience and polyvagal theory shows that safe, supportive connection can help regulate the nervous system, reducing stress and increasing feelings of calm, belonging and wellbeing. Our nervous systems respond to cues of safety through presence, eye contact, tone of voice and authentic human connection.
In many ways, gathering in circle is not only ancient wisdom, it is something the nervous system deeply recognises and responds to.
Our circles are intentionally kept small to create greater depth, trust and connection. We are a diverse group of women from different backgrounds, cultures, ages and life experiences, coming together to reconnect with ourselves, each other and the wisdom of nature’s cycles.
