That moment when everyone finally switched off 🙏 A message to our retreat guests from Dr Emma Sloan:

“I wanted to take a moment to say a genuine, heartfelt thank you to every single one of you who came along to our retreat. It was a privilege to share that space with you and to learn together, to laugh, and to connect as women helping other women along the way.

I truly believe that when we start talking more openly with one another, we trigger something powerful. A chain reaction. An energy that brings women’s health and their mental health out of the shadows and into the light where it belongs. You all contributed to that on the day, and I hope you felt it too.”

Patient safety should never be compromised ✨ Choosing a reputable clinic isn’t just about achieving great results it’s about protecting your health, your wellbeing, and your safety.

This week, Director Ashton Collins appeared on Good Morning Britain alongside Victoria Lee, a patient who suffered devastating complications after receiving anti-wrinkle injections containing counterfeit, unlicensed products that had been illegally imported into the UK. Victoria was left with severe injuries that, in her words, “changed my face forever” a stark reminder of the risks associated with unregulated treatments and unqualified practitioners.

At The Sloan Clinics, patient safety is at the heart of everything we do as a doctor led clinic with medical practitioners performing your cosmetic treatments. We support Save Face’s campaign calling for stronger enforcement of existing laws surrounding cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, helping to protect patients from preventable harm.

HUGE thank you to everyone that attended our second retreat! It was another incredible opportunity to slow down, reconnect and prioritise wellbeing alongside such a lovely group of people.

We were delighted to be joined by author Lindsey Galvin for starting off the day with an introduction to mindful journalling practice and Kara Dellow, she shared practical advice round supplements and nutrition! The day was complimented by a calming yoga session outside giving everyone the chance to unwind and fully embrace the retreat experience.

Thank you to everyone who attended, contributed and helped us create another positive and uplifting retreat 💛
