CPD WEBINAR-
INTEGRATING NEW APPROACHES FOR CLINICAL EFFECTIVENESS
How often do we meet a patient whose case seems clear — and yet none of the remedies we know quite fits?
Over the last few years, my own practice has increasingly involved exploring remedies and approaches beyond the familiar materia medica. Not for the sake of novelty, but because sometimes they provide an extraordinarily precise match for a patient who has previously been difficult to understand or treat.
In this webinar I’ll be sharing some of that journey through clinical cases and the remedies that emerged from them.
We’ll look at remedies including Vacuum, Persicaria sagittatum, Krypton, Psilocybe, Pteridium aquilinum, L*D, Thlaspi bursa-pastoris, Cornus, Dysprosium arsenicosum and Thuja lobbi, exploring not simply their symptoms, but how we can recognise the patient who needs them.
Along the way I’ll be looking at how newer approaches — including modern plant and mineral systems, remedy families, themes and pattern recognition — can be integrated into classical homeopathic practice without losing sight of the individual patient.
For me, this isn’t about replacing classical homeopathy with another system. It’s about expanding the map.
The contemporary materia medica is becoming extraordinarily rich. The challenge is learning how to use it clinically: when to follow a system, when to follow a characteristic symptom, when to trust the patient’s language — and when a case asks us to look somewhere we haven’t looked before.
I’ll be illustrating all of this with cases from practice, including some surprising prescriptions and clinical outcomes.
