Dear BH family. Talitha (owner and founder) here 👋🏽 Today we celebrate 5 years of existence and I pass on ownership to new boss man Shane. I got the keys in a hot Summer in 2016. We slept and breathed an idea. A desire to give artists that wouldn’t have before been given an opportunity in a tattoo studio because of their artistic background, a safe space to call their own. I’ve camped on an air mattress in that shop with no heating, given our blood, sweat and tears and it was so worth it. Thank you to every single customer that has come through the doors in the past 5 years. Special shout out to the first customers that used to come by for a beer and a hang out. It was a ride. Too many memories to count. But after moving out of the area and setting up a new studio with blackhouse OG , the time is right to pass the torch. The Blackhouse Club is officially under new ownership and I know it will continue to grow and grow and be home to some amazing artists and a vibe and environment that can’t be made overnight.
