You can book in to either course and if something comes up you can swap your session to the other day. This works really well and is quite fun to move between the days and make MORE friends!

Classes are fun, chilled and have a lovely energy… if you’ve had a bad night and feel wobbly you WILL be lifted up and supported by everyone. It’s a gorgeous space at the studio where you can relax and feel at home.

A good shout for parking is at Brighton station, 10 mins or less walk from studio and £4 for 2 hours, if you need to drive in 👍🏼
