Home Health Aide Service

Medicare patients must be receiving a skilled service in order to be eligible for personal care

Medical Supplies and Equipment

Includes assistance in the arrangement of supplies and equipment required to meet the patient's individual needs.

Attendant Services
(PHC/FC & CBA Program Approved)

Homemakers
Housekeepers

Minimum of 4hrs for private pay clients



Therapeutic Services

Physical therapy
Speech Therapy
Occupational Therapy
Specific therapy may include but is not limited to the following
