A Summer Workshop of Qigong & Meditation. Spend time getting lost in movement, inviting your body to centre and expand. Inviting your mind to settle in a Qigong ‘bubble’ of ‘meditative magic’, re-balancing mind & soul. This Summer workshop, through the ancient movement forms of Qigong, embraces our more Yang ‘Summer Heart Fire’ Energy, where we then gently change ‘tack’ into the more Yin ‘Water phase’ Energy to bring us to a flowing state of cool calmness, ready for a deeply relaxing and ‘emptying’ water- based meditation.
