A huge thank you to the wonderful Janice ❤️

What Janice brings to our events goes far beyond photography. Yes, she captures beautiful moments, but she also brings her beautiful energy, her warmth, her kindness, her gentle nature and that ever-present smile that lights up a room.

She gives so much to every retreat and gathering, not just through her lens, but through who she is as a person. She has become such a valued part of the Seren – Journey to the Soul family and we feel incredibly blessed to have her with us.

The way she captures people is truly special. The moments, the emotions, the connections, the joy. She has a gift for helping people feel comfortable, seen and relaxed, which shines through in every photograph she takes.

We have a beautiful line up for the day including cacao, yoga, somatic Breathwork, meditation, live gong sounds, psychic readings, wild swimming, heated swimming pool and an organic vegan lunch all included in your ticket 🎫

We’re giving away 2 full day tickets to our
Seren – Journey to the Soul retreat on 6th June.

It’s a full day out of your normal life, away from the noise and escaping your routine.

Time to slow down, breathe properly, and just reconnect to yourself again. Wild swimming, padel boarding, heated pool and chill out areas...

We’ll also be running somatic breathwork, movement, fantastic food, time in nature, proper space to switch off… all held in a really safe, grounded environment, with awesome people!

We welcome you along again to experience our next Somatic Breathwork events infused with Kundalini Reiki ✨

These evenings are an invitation to step out of the noise of everyday life and into a guided somatic breathwork journey, held with care, intention, and presence.

No previous breathwork experience is needed. The session is guided in a safe, grounded, and trauma-informed way, meeting you exactly where you are. Each journey is unique, allowing whatever needs to arise to do so naturally, without force or expectation.

Rory is a certified somatic Breathwork practitioner, trained to support you and guide you safely through your journey of release through the breath.

Georgie is an astrologer and reiki practitioner, offering an intuitive support to the space and infusing kundalini reiki into the room and the bodies of those who need it.

Together we hold the space in a grounded, loving and safe capacity, without judgement.

Join us in Bury St Edmund’s on the 21st April at the Unitarian meeting house and in Cambridge on the 23rd April at St Paul’s Church.

Join us in Cambridge St Paul’s Church at 7pm on Saturday 21st March and at the Unitarian Church in Bury St. Edmunds on Thursday 26th March for our next Somatic Breathwork events infused with Kundalini Reiki ✨

Through conscious breathing and beautifully immersive, carefully curated music, you will be supported to release stored tension, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

The music carries you through the journey, opening emotional space, supporting release, and allowing the experience to land gently yet powerfully in both body and mind.

During the session, Kundalini Reiki will also be gently offered in the space, supporting the movement of energy through the body and deepening the sense of restoration and balance as the breathwork unfolds.

No previous breathwork experience is needed. The session is guided in a safe, grounded, trauma informed way, meeting you exactly where you are. Each journey is unique, allowing whatever needs to arise to do so naturally, without force or expectation.

Last Saturday we held our 1st ever Brighton Breathwork Evening.

It was beautiful! The space was incredible, and the energy was divine. There were releases, resets and a lot of healing through the breath took place.💫💫

Huge thanks to Feodor for hiring us the space and helping us set up and pack away. Thank you for the socks too 😘 absolute legend.

We will be going back to Brighton with another breathwork evening soon, and also to spend some more time in what is a very special city.

Brighton you have a piece of hearts now! 💙❤️

On Thursday we hosted our first Breathwork event in Cambridge at St Paul’s Church.

The energy was incredible as we guided those who attended into a beautiful breathwork journey with intention to reset, release and renew the body, the nervous system and the soul 💫

This is somatic work.

Thank you to all those who attended, familiar faces and new faces. It was a pleasure to meet you all and well done for taking the right steps on your own journey of healing ❤️‍🩹
