Thanks to everyone that's supported me (especially my Social Teams over the years!!)

15 years!!! it's crazy to think Freddie was literally a baby taking his first steps (whilst i was training at Head Office - still fuming about that...) and this week he start's college!!!

Good Morning! Happy Bank Holiday! i know i've been a bit quiet on here lately it's been such a crazy few months with lots of changes!

I do definitely still run my groups tho as I do still LOVE being a consultant (15 years this month!!)
so if you've relaxed things a bit too much this summer or been promising yourself September things are gonna change then come and join us!

‘I’m officially where I want to be 🙌!’ There’s 3st 7lbs (22.2kg) difference between these photos of Steph (slim.with.steph on Instagram) – who says she's feeling the best she's ever felt 🤗. Having lost a life-changing 7st 8lbs (48.1kg) with Slimming World, looking back on the changes throughout her journey has helped spur Steph on and remind her of everything she's achieved 👏.

what a week for St Anne's and Brislington Slimming World Groups with Emma! we have crowned 4 amazing Women of the year and been blown away by 22 nominees!!

so proud of these amazing inspirational women!!

not only have they lost 15 stone between them they show up each week to support, inspire, motivate and encourage everyone around them too!!

well done you fabulous women!!

🌞 Slimming in a Heatwave? Here's How to Keep your Cool!

When the weather's hot, the last thing we fancy is slaving over a stove or feeling heavy and bloated.

So here’s what you could do:
🍓 Stick to light, fresh food – fruit, salad, and loads of ice-cold water/squash

🥗 Make a giant pasta salad or crustless quiche to keep in the fridge

🍦Treat yourself to frozen grapes, a low-syn lolly or 1/2 swip ice pop

😅 And remind yourself that sweating isn't failure – it's just the weather doing its thing!

Keeping cool = staying in control.

New research has revealed the cost of the UK’s fast food habit – with 60% of people spending up to £50 a week on takeaways and convenience food.

Our survey of 2,000 UK adults showed that 47% of people believe they’d save a significant amount of money by cutting back – yet one in five people don’t feel confident in cooking from scratch 💔. Those that do cook at home report huge benefits though – with 46% saving money and 40% feeling healthier 🤗.

When it comes to Slimming World members, 88% reported spending up to £100 a week on takeaways before they joined. Since joining, the story is totally different with 39% of respondents saying they’ve cut out takeaways completely… by opting for healthy fakeaways instead, they’re saving a potential £5,000 a year 🤯.
