Look at this beautiful elderflower bloom outside my front door!

It's been raining here today, a soft rain. There's a gentle breeze replacing the dry cold gusts of recent days.

A new moon and a shift in the weather feels like a fresh spring reset.

I'm looking forward to falling asleep with the scent of roses and elderflowers drifting in through my windows in the nights ahead.

Early summer can bring a sense of expansion.
Longer days, more energy, more movement.

But that doesn’t mean you have to do more.

This is an invitation to stay grounded
as things begin to open.

To move with care.
To notice what matters.
To let support lead.

You’re very welcome to join this early summer chair yoga session.

🌿 Yoga Nidra
A guided practice of deep rest inspired by elderflower, inviting grounded expansion, softness, and steadiness as the season unfolds.

Early summer often brings a sense of expansion.
Longer days, changing rhythms, and the feeling that life is beginning to move outward again.

But growth does not have to come through pressure.

21/04/2026

In this work, expansion isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what’s possible.

Small, supported movements
often create more lasting change
than pushing beyond your limits.

Expansion is often associated with doing more.
Stretching further. Pushing beyond comfort.

But when your energy fluctuates,
that approach can feel overwhelming.

This session explores a different way.

Opening gently.
Working with your body.
Allowing support to lead.

You’re very welcome to join.
