Accidentally dressed like a tree 🌳🤣

Trees always make me feel calmer and more grounded.

Time near them can help support nervous system regulation.

I grew up in the countryside, where green spaces were easy to find. After nearly 14 years living in Bristol, I seek out moments in nature wherever I can. One of the things I love most about this city is how much green space is woven into everyday life.

You don’t have to go far, nature meets us wherever we pause long enough to notice.

Even standing near a tree and taking a few slow breaths can help the body settle.

Join Amy Rooted Soul & Jo of GoWell in this nourishing afternoon honouring the themes of Spring Equinox through mindful art & a sound bath meditation.

The first section of the afternoon will be led by Jo with a creative art workshop inspired by Spring. Suitable for all levels & abilities.

We will then be guided by Amy through spoken word, sounds & vibrations to help induce a deep meditative state.

Throughout the afternoon we will take time to set intentions for the coming season, planting their seeds, offering space for them to grow.

We will provide a variety of tea, refreshments & seasonal snacks.

Sage, Incense, Crystals and Oracle Cards.

I’ve been taking some time off this January, away finding sunshine in Fuerteventura with my lovely friend Jo.

A chance chat with a stranger one day led us to attending a Full Moon Drumming Circle, held outside around a bonfire.

As I sat there by the fire, the full moon shining so bright, I thought about the many sound healing events going on all around the world. I felt such a deep connection thinking about all the beautiful souls consciously raising vibrations.

Love it when things align like that ✨✨

It wasn’t all Sound, Sun & Sea though, we got planning some future collaborations whilst we were away.

The first being our Spring Equinox event in March:

Mindful Art followed by a Sound Bath Meditation (half day event)
