Hello beautiful people!

Next Tuesday, 22nd of March, at 19.00 UK time, we will be holding an online Integration Circle for a limited amount of people.

Everyone who is looking for extra support + guidance to integrate their experience/experiences are welcome to join us. Or, if you are looking for a sacred space to share what is on your heart after plant medicine experiences with brothers and sisters, this is for you too.

Integrating the lessons learned with Ayahuasca can be very confusing!

Lifelong beliefs are being shaken.

A realisation sometimes that I don't know anything!

What is a fabricated delusion of my mind vs what is actually close to reality? 🤯

At the same time, my experience has been that some of the people around me seem so sure about certain beliefs and stories that it is difficult sometimes not to swallow those beliefs.

I’ve now learned to be very selective what I listen to.

At the end of the day, I need to figure this Universe out myself!

During integration, how do you navigate this difficult territory of letting go of old and forming new?
