In Bolton competing raw and equipped bench today. High point was a British record M5 single ply 65kg, on 3rd lift.
Low point was failing 45kg raw due to lack of posterior chain engagement, then having to be called for my 2nd equipped lift as not paying attention , having to get on platform with wraps barely done up, shirt not adjusted, belt undone and jumped press command! All the mistakes at once 😂.
