Join me on Sunday August 23rd for a truly special evening of uplifting but relaxing yoga with guided meditiation in the beautiful and unique yurt at Lifeworks by Rio, Charfield.

We will follow our yoga session with a chance to socialise and enjoy a drink and nibbles outside, enjoying the gorgeous views of the meadows and little lake whilst the sun begins to set.

All equipment is provided including yoga mats, bolsters and blankets to provide ultimate comfort and relaxation.

This course begins the week of September 9th!

This is a gentle, relaxing and bonding class which teaches you how to massage your baby but also how they are communicating and developing. We also enjoy songs, bubbles and parachutes to help your baby grow, learn and have lots of fun!
