Changes to the NHS App

We have received a number of queries from patients who are unable to locate their consultation notes. The NHS App has recently undergone some changes — please see the updates below:

👩‍⚕️Consultation notes and events can now be found under ‘Appointment notes and other updates’ within the ‘Appointments’ section on the home page.

💉Information previously located in ‘GP Health Record’, such as test results, has now been moved to the home page under the relevant health categories to make it easier to access.
👨‍⚕️Under ‘Book an appointment’, patients can select ‘Ask about a health problem’ to contact their GP regarding a health issue by completing an online consultation form.

We are closed for staff training today Thursday 12th March 2026 from 1.30pm. (You can still attend any pre-booked appointments)

If you need medical assistance during this time call 111 or use NHS 111 online. If you have a medical emergency, please call 999.

The surgery will reopen at 8am on Friday 13th March 2026.
