✨ After the sound bath fades... here's how to hold onto that stillness ✨

You've just spent an hour, with me, letting the sound wash over you… your nervous system is settling, your mind is quieter than it's been all day. Here's how to carry that a little further into your evening:

🌙 Sip some water. The vibrations can be more dehydrating than you'd expect, and it helps everything settle.

🌙 Give yourself a little quiet. Even 10 minutes without your phone before you dive back into the world.

🌙 Let your body rest if it wants to. Feeling sleepy or soft afterward is completely normal, not a sign anything's wrong.

🌙 Notice what surfaces. A journal by your bed can be a gentle place to let any thoughts or feelings land.

🌙 Keep things light. A heavy meal or alcohol right after can work against the calm you just found.

Since our sessions wrap up in the evening, this is the perfect chance to let that stillness carry you all the way into sleep. 💫
