I'm so pleased to be involved in arranging a charity holistic and healing day on Saturday 4th July at the Port Of Bristol Sports And Social Hub, Shirehampton.

Running 12:00 until 16:00, we have assembled some wonderful readers, therapists and traders, including crystals and crystal jewellery. It is free entry and as the club is a charity, personal donations to them will be very welcome and will also attract gift aid. The organisers are donating all table fees to the club.

At 18:00, there will be separate event hosting a Sound Bath with Yoga Nidra. The acoustics due to the high ceilings should be incredible. Tickets for this are £15 and a donation of £5 from every sale will go to the club. Places are limited and tickets are selling fast.

Monies raised and donated to the club from both events will be used to help make meals for Bristol's homeless. In addition, everyone involved in making this happen are proud to be creating something in this part of Bristol that we are sure many locals will benefit from. It will be a welcoming space. A safe space. We look forward to seeing you there.

Hello lovely people. I hope your weekend has been what you need.

Yesterday was the 6/6 portal. This is a time to be remember that growth becomes easier when emotional and physical needs remain in harmony. Additionally, compassion and cooperation become especially valuable under this influence.

That in mind, tomorrow night's healing meeting may be just what you need. Doors will be open at 7pm to welcome you. Speakers and mp3 player are currently on charge so you will be bathed by specially composed vibes alongside nurturing healing.

As a reminder, this is the last event until September. If you aren't able to make it, the healing book is now open. Just drop your name or those of friends and loved ones in comments or DM me. I'll add their names and they will be part of our circle.

I'm so pleased to announce the first collaborative healing event at the . This is something I have been working on with via her events company Collective Awakening Events.

We have hand chosen therapists, readers, and traders based on how they empower people to heal themselves. It's about the connection, not just the interaction. And they are my friends.

All table fees will go to the club to help them continue their incredible charitable work. That in mind, could I ask that people kindly share the event on their social media. Myself and Terri will continue to work on social and non social media marketing. The day will be a success but we would like to maximise what the club receives.

Separately in the evening there will be a sound bath and yoga nidra being delivered by Donna Weeks and Louise Reed. This will provide a fitting and soothing close to the day. Similarly, a donation will be made to the club from ticket sales. Details for this event will follow separately.

Just over a week to go until our next healing event in Shirehampton. The group was originally started by a group of healers meeting monthly to recharge. It is now open to all. Whether you're a healer in need of a boost, or if you're a curious novice and just wanting to see what it's all about, you'll be warmly welcomed.

We will split in to groups and aim to give everyone 15-20 minutes of healing, and the evening is around 2 hours. The cost is £5 and all money goes to the club which they use to make meals for the homeless of Bristol.
