I give very few treatments nowadays. Mainly enkaku sessions or longer term regular sessions for deeper healing. But while coordinating the wellbeing area recently, I was drawn to several people who really needed Reiki. So I was there for them, and now feel drawn to be there for others. Energy healing and holding space is what i do.

On Sunday I will be at Hanham Community Centre offering Jikiden Reiki - authentic Japanese healing. There will also be other therapists, holistic traders, and readers. Sessions will be 20 minutes for an exchange of £10 to cover costs.

I'm currently in between work contracts, with my new one beginning 5th October. I've already got people booked in but have capacity to see others. Either in the treatment room in Avonmouth, or possibly in your home. Message me and we can chat. My rates will be reduced as I don't want costs to be a barrier 🙏

Alternatively, pop along to the group session at the PCA club on 21st September. I'll be holding the space whilst others share energies and healing amongst the group. Again, costs are low and your money will make a big difference to the homeless of Bristol.

Our next healing exchange has been scheduled for 21st September at the PBA Community And Sports Hub . The cost is £5 and all monies are donated to the club. Donations direct to them are also welcome to help their charitable aims.

The group has been offering a safe space for healing since January and we welcome everyone. You don't need to have had any formal training to be part of the evening. Just bring yourself, a cosy blanket and open heart.

It's going to take me a while to process what I experienced over the last 12 days. Rainbow Camp is my reset. My space where I'm free to be. Where I let go and reflect.

I loved seeing the rising of the sun and the moon. The call to wake, the encouragement to rest.

I took the responsibility of co-running the wellbeing area in my stride. Spending many hours being present for others but also remembering my own self care.

The final day, just before I packed down the equipment, I gifted a reiki and drumming session to twins celebrating their birthday. It was such a beautiful session and I was honoured to share their day and what it represented for them. I gave very few treatments this year but this one was special.

As always, people were there for each other. A true sense of sharing where community comes together. This was strengthened as we collectively seek to replace tornado damaged items ready for next year.

I'm now waking in a proper bed. Warm, cosy, about to make a brew. A day of washing, job interview prep and general catching up awaits me. But I do so with a full heart and a head full of beautiful memories. Thank you Rainbow Camp. You were just what I needed. I look forward to unpackaging the gifts that you gave me.

Two days ago the camp was hit by a tornado. A full freak of nature, scary as hell and devastating. Thankfully only structures were damaged and not people.

The community here were awesome. Structures were pulled out of ditches, tents re-assembled, clothes, bedding and equipment shared to those who needed them. The collective response was so special. I'm so happy to be a part of this special gathering for the 2nd year. I'm already looking forward to next year even though this year hasn't finished yet lol
