Fresh air, bodyweight training, and a chance to challenge myself outdoors today.
I jumped on a live stream from the outdoor gym and worked through pull-ups, strength exercises, core work, and mobility. No fancy equipment needed—just showing up, putting in the work, and getting a little stronger each session.
