Using the magical power of the sun 🌞

Early in the morning & late afternoon is best & keep your eyes closed and enjoy ☺️

End with palming 🤲🏼

This will also benefit your circadian rhythm & help you to get better sleep 🛌

I used to need glasses…now I don’t! 👓

Have you ever wondered why some people get bad eyesight and others don’t?

Did you know you can prevent old age sight?!

I did! I’m over 50 and I have no sign of Presbyopia. In fact, my eyesight is better than ever.

People are getting presbyopia earlier and earlier. Average age now is from 40-45 years old.

Vision Yoga is not all about eye exercises but Lens Flexor exercise is great for strengthening the ciliary muscles and keeping your lens young & flexible. Great for preventing old age sight!

Eyes and neck muscles are connected 😮

There is a direct neurological connection between the eight suboccital muscles and the muscles that move our eyeballs 👀

Place your hands behind your head and move your eyes from side to side. You’ll feel the movement at the back of your head 🤯

That’s why people with eye problems often have tension in their neck & shoulders.

This simple technique will help increase mobility in the neck and increase blood flow to the brain.

My neck & shoulders felt so much more relaxed when I learned to see in a relaxed natural way.

This illustrates just how much our body’s all connected & that’s how Vision Yoga works!

Eye charts used to fill me with dread but…

I’ve now learnt to relax and enjoy practicing with them…and it’s made a huge difference!

It’s actually a brilliant tool to improve your eyesight 👁️

What’s more, you only need to spend 5 minutes per day 🪬

Did you know it’s much easier to see more clearly outside? ☀️👀

This is because you can keep your peripheral vision open (that’s why I’ve decorated around the chart) and natural light helps you to see better.
