Hi everyone - it's been a while! My latest musings on fitness - hope it helps xx
Most people think fitness requires an hour, a gym membership and heroic motivation.
But the human body doesn’t actually work like that.
Your muscles, heart and brain respond to stimulus, not schedules.
Five or ten minutes of movement done consistently can genuinely improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and mental resilience. The problem is that we tend to think if we can't do a “proper workout”, it’s not worth doing at all.
That belief stops more people exercising than laziness ever has.
In my latest newsletter I explain the science behind “tiny workouts” - why short bursts of movement throughout the day can be surprisingly powerful, and how building small daily wins is often far more effective than trying to completely transform your life overnight.
If you’ve ever struggled to stick to exercise because it feels too big, this might change how you think about it.

And if you try the 5-minute experiment from the article, let me know how you get on.
Small wins, day in, day out. 💪
