What I love about keeping my courses small is the fact I get to know students personally and can adapt my training to suit their needs.

These students wanted to gain insight into the spiritual and energy therapy found within reflexology .🙌
So this was a very healing training for everyone involved.😊

I am starting the week with 2 students for my 4 day reflexology course.😊

They are looking to start a new jorney in their life. Wanting to learn something that really resonates with who they are now.
Helping others achieve fantastic health and well-being.😌

Another lovely reiki circle again last night.✨️😌

Lots of lovely healing energies and colours tonight, such as pinks and purples 💜
The circle was powerful, sending energy out to those who need it 🙌

Even as a reiki teacher/master, I still need to balance my own energies sometimes.
It's not always possible to do this yourself with self treatment.
Sometimes, you need help and support from others.🙏
This is just another reason if you are an energy/light healer to come along and get a boost.

What a fabulous week so far.✨️😊
Reiki 2 training with 🪩Holly Boogie🪩 🙌

Holly had trained in reiki 1 with me about a year ago and was soooo ready to take the next steps and learn more about this amazing energy.
We spoke about the reiki symbols and how amazing they are.
Holly is a very spiritual and intuitive soul.
It was lovely to delve into this area with her.

Also, this week, we see a solar eclipse and a new moon, and we've just been through an 8/8 portal. ⭐️

Powerful energy around , good for manifesting your dreams. 🌟
Transformation, new beginnings endings.

If you're feeling these energies, you may want to take time to rest.
Look after yourself. Give yourself time to adjust and absorb.

It's so important as a therapist to make sure you recharge and reset.
When working with people and lots of different energies, it's a must to take care of yourself.

Make sure you take time to ground yourself -
One way I do this is through practising yoga.🧘‍♀️
It helps me come back into my own body and rebalance my own energies so that i am able to help others.

Other ways you can do this -
🚶‍♀️Walk in nature
🌳Sit by a tree
🔮Hold a grounding crystal
🏋‍♀️Movement
🧘‍♀️Meditation
🫁Breathwork
😌Affirmations

It is a powerful time to release what no longer serves your highest good.😊
You may also feel energised, restless, annoyed , problems sleeping , an increase in vivid dreams, and just a bit more able to say what's on your mind !! Be careful 😏

Spent a lovely day on Saturday at a Gong workshop

Learning more about connecting to gongs and their healing abilities.
Helping me to provide a more intuitive experience when holding my sound baths.
