Just 2 weeks to go until our next Hypnobirthing Power Workshop with Charlotte and there's only 1 space left! ✨

These intimate 6-hour workshops are designed for just 5 pairs, creating a calm and supportive space to prepare for the emotional and practical aspects of birth together. 🐣

You’ll leave feeling more informed, empowered, and confident for the journey ahead 🤍

Ooeeee PARENTS.. we have a lil addition for you! Every Friday, a PARENT & BABY BARRE FLOW at 10.45am!! 💫 Starting next Friday!

A welcoming and supportive Barre class for parents and babies from 6–8 weeks postpartum, for babies to pre-crawlers.

Designed to help you gently rebuild strength, improve posture and reconnect with your body after birth, this class combines low-impact Barre exercises with elements of Pilates and functional movement. Together, we'll focus on stability, balance, core awareness and full-body strength in a way that feels safe, encouraging and enjoyable.

👶🏻 Babies are welcome exactly as they are. Whether they're feeding, sleeping, playing, crying or being cuddled, this is a relaxed and understanding space where parents can move, connect and support one another without pressure or judgement.

No previous Barre experience is needed, and all parents are warmly welcome. Expect a friendly atmosphere, uplifting movement and the opportunity to connect with other local parents.

☕️ Tea and biscuits are included after class, and you're invited to stay for a chat with your teacher and fellow parents before heading home.

Before attending, we kindly ask that you've had your postnatal check with your health visitor or GP and have been signed off to return to gentle exercise—usually around 6–8 weeks after birth, or 8–10 weeks following a caesarean birth. Your wellbeing is our priority, and we want you to feel safe, supported and confident as you return to movement.

Schedule Update❗️ From this Monday 15th June, Nell will be taking over our Monday morning 7.15am Sunrise Vinyasa 🌞🌅

We looove having Nell on our schedule, so we feel very excited to have her even more 💓

This means, very sadly, Jen will no longer be teaching this class - but fear not! Jen remains on our schedule on Wednesdays for the following..

🌟 6pm Vinyasa

One of the most wonderful things about Trika is our incredible reception team!✨

The team work so incredibly hard behind the scenes to make sure your experience is as smooth and supportive as possible. From answering emails, WhatsApps, calls, to keeping the studio looking, smelling and feeling welcoming.

We’re so aware that yoga studios can be a safe haven to so many people and human connection is so important! 🫶🫂🤗

Slightly belated, but many of you may have noticed that Cat was back this morning for 9:30am Yoga for Strength and Conditioning! We're so happy to have Cat back from her travels and in the studio regularly once again 🤗

Also a huge thank you to Emma for covering this class over May - we know her classes are wonderful, so look out for Emma covering on our schedule. 💓

Yoga for Strength and Conditioning is a dynamic yoga flow class aimed at improving flexibility, fascial patterning, functional movement, core stability, strength and balance.

Classes work within normal range of motion and are particularly great if you are interested in improving your quality of movement, maintaining or improving your competitive edge in sports and bulletproofing your body for the future.
