Meet the groups!

Our Creative Communities groups have been working hard on pieces for the show, and we can’t wait to share what they’ve been creating. Expect brand-new collaborations and co-devised pieces, with lyrics written by the performers themselves, all performed for the first time on the night!

Sukina Noor leads our Creative Writing group, who will read pieces on the theme of hope in collaboration with and the at our 40 Years show. Sukina will also perform a poem inspired by her time working at BDP.

Forty years ago, Bristol Drugs Project opened its doors with a simple idea: meet people where they’re at, without judgement. Four decades on, that idea still runs through everything we do.

Join us on 3 November for a musical and spoken-word journey through our history.
