Our Coronation Road service recently held a BBQ to celebrate the Trust's ruby anniversary! 3 members of even dressed up in 80s clothes to mark 40 years since the Trust was founded.

Staff wanted to give a special shout out to Dave who donned his chef's outfit to help with the cooking.

Staff from BT recently volunteered with us at the Page Hall Community Garden, laying the foundations for a new polytunnel.

We can't thank them enough for the brilliant effort. This has made an enormous difference to the progression of the project, we would love to have them back anytime!

Check out how our brilliant staff at Elysian Villas marked the Trust's Cultural Awareness Week with a summer party! ☀️

The villa was beautifully decorated with flags, there was music and games, and staff shared stories about their first experiences of Bristol. They also cooked and brought in dishes from their various cultures to share, which were delicious and enjoyed by everyone! People we support really enjoyed being part of such a positive and inclusive celebration.

Well done to everyone who worked together to make this day special 🎉

Qamar Khan, Milestones Trust’s Director Of Estates, Facilities and IT, is cycling a massive 400 kilometres over 4 weeks!

At time of writing Qamar is halfway through his challenge having cycled over 200km taking almost 12 hours.

Our Whistley Dene service has been taking the need to keep people cool and hydrated seriously during the heatwaves. People living at the service were supported to visit the local market to stock up their fridge with fresh fruits and, as you can see, with the addition of some ice cream (key ingredient) they've put the fruit to very good use!
Check out their hydration smoothies and pureed fruit bowls 🤤

John went to a coffee morning at St Anne’s House, a community hub in Brislington. He had a chat with other attendees over tea and cakes while drawing, then viewed an installation, as the hub has studios and exhibitions from local artists. There's also an art group which he is interested in joining!

Back in September 2025, Cameron, a regular rider at Warmley Wheelers, started learning how to ride a two-wheeler pedal bike. A year on from his first one-to-one lessons with Edouard, the Warmley Wheelers Project Coordinator, he's taking on a sponsored ride to Bath to raise money for Warmley Wheelers and for a community day at one of our services in Fishponds!

Cameron said "Warmley Wheelers helped quite a lot and I want to help them back. I never believed I would be riding a bike never mind doing a sponsored cycle ride! I didn’t believe in myself to do it, and now I am. I am quite pleased and proud of myself!"
