I’m writing this post in huge gratitude to my lovely friend Yaz of allthatyouare_yasmincole

We have been slowly birthing ‘In Life Through Breath’ for some time now. Holding breathwork classes and workshops.

Circumstantially, the two of us have been holding the space, the guidance, the classes individually. Like passing ships so we were!!

But this weekend just past we finally landed in the flow together. ✨

This weekend In Life Through Breath brought a 4 hour workshop to the perfect gathering of souls under canvas in the gorgeous yurt Yeo Valley Organic Garden

The day was perfect, the sun shined for us all, the company ~ exquisite, and for Yaz & I to finally land in the space, holding the workshop together (no more passing ships!) was the highlight for me.

Yaz’s deep experience in breathwork, her integrity for the work and to witness her in her flow, was a gift for me to watch and be part of. But not just a gift for me, for all our guests too!

So Yaz and I have another date in the diary for this beautiful workshop.

Our Gathering is a monthly meeting of souls I set up at the beginning of 2026. After repeatedly being asked to offer something like this since 2022 by my retreat guests and my clients, I’m really proud to say Our Gathering is already in it’s 8th month!!!

Our Gathering is always on the third Thursday of the month and we usually meet in The Old School Rooms (gorgeous vaulted ceiling building). Chew Magna.

Every month I extend a fully inclusive invitation for folks to come together, join together in humility, connection and community.

Different people weave in and out each month so it is not a ‘set’ group. Everyone is welcome.

We grab a drink, we sit in circle, snuggle in the blankets and pillows we all bring & we chat away for the first bit of the evening. I bring some form of ‘teaching’ each month. Something either from my background having spent over a decade working in the healing arts. Or I invite in guest speakers to share their wisdom with us.

Each gathering we make time at the end to rest our weary heads. Except me! I guide the group into either a meditation, breathwork or a sound bath so we all leave feeling deeply rested, regulated and at peace.

The next gathering is on the 20th August. We always meet at 7pm until 9pm. This month I have the pleasure of introducing you all to our second guest speaker of the year, Lucinda of who will be taking us into the great outdoors. This month it is time to learn the power of being out in the natural world.

Our gorgeous offering ‘In Life Through Breath’ is back!

Yasmin & I have curated a half day experience to share with you the wonder and magic that you hold within your very own body. Your breath.

Most of us breathe in a way that is very shallow, compressed and sometimes even detrimental to the body.

Learning how to breathe in a way that opens everything up, calms the mind, cleanses and regulates the nervous system and rejuvenates parts of you that have been forgotten is a tool we all should have in our back pocket.

Yasmin and I are both qualified Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitators and we invite you to come and explore the potential. Your potential.

I could write here for pages to share the magic of this, but words fall short. So instead I’ll just give you the main info below. Spaces are limited for an intimate feel, so if you have even a flicker of interest, book your place as soon as you can.

Anahata is the name we have given to this beautiful, soulful, rich day of touch, sound & breath.

A day to bring you back to yourself. Held by two dedicated, heart felt practitioners with a wealth of experience of being custodians for you in spaces just like this.

After a summer of fun, sunshine & a little bit of crazy busy, you might just need a day like this to find your centre again.

What a gorgeous way to spend a Sunday morning!

I was invited to join the most wonderful group of women at a very special gathering. A gathering that we often call a ‘hen party’. (Hence the pink boa I was given on arrival!)

But what I felt in the room with these women was something that seemed more than what we think of as a hen party. I felt true love between these women, true connection, true joy in their being together, with a sense of realness and comfort in each other’s company. It was an honour to be welcomed into their precious space.

I not only held a sound bath for them, I shared some of my own knowing around the power of sound healing, the theology, the biology, the science. I held the group in guided meditation to drop into the experience, and guided them slowly out, ensuring, all the while that we protect this sacred journey and how it may have landed and wrapped itself around their nervous systems.

The house they were staying at was insanely fun! Wish I took more pictures (think swimming pool, ball pits & slides to travel from upstairs to downstairs!) I definitely want to think of something to book me and my favourite women to visit this place

Thank you ladies for a beautiful morning. I definitely felt the afterglow!
