Reflexology is a gentle and relaxing therapy. Pressure is applied to specific areas on the feet which correspond to organs in the entire body. By stimulating these pressure points, the body’s natural balance can be restored. Megan began practicing reflexology when she moved to South America in 2008. In Peru she was also fascinated by the local healing knowledge and learnt about medicinal plant remedies and traditional bone-setting techniques. Now back in the UK for almost three years she has begun to share her therapy skills here in Bristol. Her sessions are relaxing and friendly and each individual will receive a unique treatment to suit their needs. You may close your eyes and even fall asleep, or remain awake and chat.
