New season - New opening times - Same Sivo - Slightly different feel.

As we move into autumn and winter, we’re changing our opening hours to make the most of the season. The evenings are getting darker, the air a little colder and the sauna is starting to feel like an even better place to be. Longer evenings, more time around the fire, cold dips under dark skies and that familiar feeling of leaving Sivo warmer than when you arrived.

The rhythm changes, but what we’re building doesn’t. The same Sivo. Just a little darker, colder and cosier.

And we’re ready for it.

The last of the late sunsets, and slowly, the darker evenings are beginning to roll in.

And quite honestly, we’re excited for them. Because Sivo changes with the seasons. The natural lights start to glow, the flame flickers a little brighter, the sauna feels a little warmer and, from the hot tub, the stars begin to take their place in the sky.

There’s something about being outside as the world gets darker. Less distraction. More connection. More time to slow down.

The little things matter

We’re continually looking at ways we can make the Sivo experience a little better. From the sauna, to the cold plunge, the spaces we create, and now, the water we drink.

We’re really proud to announce that we’ve partnered with Phoenix Gravity Water Filters to bring fresh, filtered drinking water to Sivo. And this isn’t just your average water filter.

Using a gravity fed, activated carbon filtration system, Phoenix filters are designed to reduce up to 99.9% of tested contaminants, including microplastics, bacteria, heavy metals, PFAS, chlorine and pesticides. All whilst retaining the naturally occurring minerals in the water.

A little reminder for this Thursday’s breathwork session, join us for another evening of slowing down, breathing deeply and switching off from the outside world.

An hour to breathe, move, let go and reconnect, coupled with an hours sauna and cold water waiting afterwards.

If you’ve been thinking about giving breathwork a go, this is your sign.

Contrast therapy on the road!

Sometimes all it takes is an hour or two away from the noise. A little space to slow your breathing, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself.

The response to our last breathwork evening with Becky Ray was amazing. So we’re doing it again.

Join us on the grass as the sun begins to fade, guided through an evening of intentional breath, followed by the chance to warm up in the saunas, cool down in the ice baths, and leave feeling lighter than you arrived.
