Excited to be appearing at this unique celebration of human connection in the stunning Brecon Beacons. Especially excited to be unveiling a NEW CIRCLE DANCE of which I’m very sure David B would THOROUGHLY approve

Three Pools is the stunning venue for this intimate event with; dancing, long table feasting, running, hiking, wild swimming, yoga, sauna, deliciously nourishing etc etc

There are a small number of weekend tickets available so if this all sounds like a bit of you don’t sleep🏃🏻‍♀️⌛️

UP THE YOUTH CLUB

What a buzz to go check out this great event last Sunday. Much L and R to for putting it on. Booking signing and panel discussion by the legend alongside other icons in their field Troy Tanksta, Andrew Williams and Delroy Hibbert

Among the many inspirational words and tales of creative greatness that have evolved out of the Bristol youth club scene, I was struck by the parallels between youth work and person-centred therapy:

Here we have a container for growth🌱, supervised by trusted adults who practise congruence, care, non judgement and empathy, dependable week after week, rain or shine…

In terms of building self esteem, developing relational skills and creating a blueprint for pro-social behaviour THIS IS WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS 💫💫💫💫💫💫💫
