We hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did, learning more about protein and building a deeper understanding of why this nutrient is so important for both good health AND your weight loss success.

As we were at Slimming World Head Office in Derbyshire last week, we were privileged enough to get a little behind the scenes peek in the studio 🎥

Feeling proud to be part of something that keeps evolving to continue to find ways to support our members in the best way possible 🥰

We’ve had the most up to date training for consultants these past few weeks so if you’ve been thinking about joining or returning to one of our groups, you’ll be walking into one that’s fully supported with the latest guidance and knowledge ♥️

All of our group sessions have been building up to this and we’re so proud to share our collective results from our Big Slimming World Clothes Throw 2026 💜

The members of South Bristol groups including;
- Slimming World Whitchurch and Hengrove with Sarah
Tuesday 9:30am Hengrove Community Centre
&
Wednesday 5:30pm & 7pm Bridge Farm School
as well as
- The Withywood Centre Slimming World groups with Keesa
Thursday 9:30am and 5:30pm
- Hengrove Slimming World with Keesa
Saturday 9:30am
sessions have done something amazing 😍

They’ve donated a collective total of 172 bags of clothes after slimming out of them and rallying around collections, meaning we’ve beaten last year’s total and smashed our goal!

Each bag raises around £25 (plus 25% Gift Aid), bringing us to an incredible total of over £4,300 for Cancer Research UK 🙌

This is what it’s all about … supporting each other, making positive changes, and giving back at the same time.

Thank you to every single person who donated, you truly have made such a difference 🫶

The members of Slimming World Whitchurch and Hengrove with Sarah , The Withywood Centre Slimming World groups with Keesa and Hengrove Slimming World with Keesa in South Bristol all rallied together this last week and have donated a fantastic 155 bags of slimmed out of clothes for Cancer Research UK 💜 how incredible is that?!

Thank you to everyone who took part in the big Slimming World clothes throw 2025 🙌 if you wanted to come along and find out about all the amazing things we do each year alongside supporting members achieve their dreams - pop along to one our our groups.
