😍The lovely Jac has been coming to my online Pilates class for years and she recently wrote these kind words:

“Sarah’s classes are a blessing for busy parents and those who have limited free time to improve their core strength and mobility in between life’s other demands! I love the fact I can just log on and not even have to leave my living room - particularly when it’s cold and wet outside and I can even attend the class when I have no childcare! Sarah demonstrates moves for different levels so you can push yourself as much or as little as you like in friendly and engaging sessions. Highly recommend!!”

Why not come along and find out for yourself!

Classes are online every Monday during term time from 6.45pm – 7.30pm / £9 pay as you go or £48 for 6 weeks.

You can WANT change all you like, but if staying the same feels easier/ more comfortable, nothing will move.

Wanting to feel stronger, fitter and more confident is great.

But changing things up requires some effort and consistency

And sometimes it requires doing things you'd rather not do, so you just stay sitting on that sofa instead of doing that workout.

Are you just going to stay the same (and possibly a bit stuck) or are you ready to switch things up?

It's amazing how life quietly changes your habits. Between no longer doing the school run and working from a studio in my garden, my daily movement had reduced without me really noticing.

This 53k hike (eek, tomorrow) gave me a reason to start walking more again, and it’s been great.

The fresh air, the headspace, the mindfulness and, of course, the extra movement.

Doing the challenge in itself is fantastic but getting back into the habit of walking has been a massive win!

Have you got a healthy habit you'd like to get back to?

I really hope I don't need a head torch on Saturday! 🔦
I really don't want to still be walking at 10pm!! Please NO!!🤪

Lovely route through purdown and stoke park. Got chance to try out my new waterproof too as it chucked it down about 2hrs in!! 🤪

Walking is not as easy as you think....when it comes to long distance that is!!

I'm doing 53km in 2 weeks time and training more than I did for the last long one I did 8 years ago! Not sure how my body is going to feel after doing about 10hours of walking 🤪

❓If you had 30 minutes a day to work on your health, where would you invest it?
o Strength training
o Stress relief/mindset work
o Meal prep/nutrition
o Mobility/stretching
o Rest/self-care
o Other

Definitely a tough one, as ideally we want to be working on all areas. But, time can be hard to find to do it all, so which would you prioritise?

For me, I think I'd opt for stress relief and mindset work, as that's currently one I'm a bit rubbish at!!

Forget dramatic before-and-after transformation photos.

Here's what actually changes when women get the right support in perimenopause 👇

💡 Better focus — they're sharp again. Present again. Back in their zone.
💪 More confidence — putting themselves forward. Speaking up. Owning the room.
⚡ Consistent energy — not dragging themselves through afternoons. Actually showing up.
🧘♀️ A sense of control — instead of feeling like their body and brain are working against them.

This is what's possible. And it’s not done with extreme programmes or magic supplements.

But with the right strategy and the right support.

Save this if it resonates. And share it with someone who needs to see it. 💙 Oh and get in touch if these are the results you need help getting!😀

Great, but slightly sweaty hike yesterday with the sister! 30km through fields, woods, alongside a river and up some hills!
