AliMo Care is looking for dedicated Live - In Care Workers to join our team!💜

As a Live-In Care Worker, you will provide one-to-one support to an individual in their own home, helping them remain safe, comfortable and independent while enjoying the familiarity of their own surroundings.

Your role may include:

▪ Providing personal care and daily living support
▪ Supporting with meals and nutrition
▪ Medication support
▪ Companionship and emotional support
▪ Helping with mobility and everyday activities

💜THE ROLE

As a Care Assistants, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them to remain safe, comfortable and independent. Duties may include care, companionship, meal support, medication support and following individual care plans.

✨️REQUIRED SKILLS

✔️Caring, compassionate and respectful attitude
✔️Reliable and responsible
✔️Good communication and listening skills
✔️Patient and understanding
✔️Able to work independently and as part of a team
✔️Willing to learn and fallow care plans and procedures.

🎓 EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

✔️Previous car experience is desirable
✔️Care or health & social care qualification are an advantage
