Brandon Packaging is a progressive enterprise focussed on providing work skills training and paid employment for adults with a learning disability and/or autism. Our main purpose is to source, package, and dispatch transplant organ retrieval kits to NORS teams in NHS hospitals. We’re one of Brandon Trust’s thriving enterprises, offering people with learning disabilities and autism practical work e

Enterprise Packaging provides placements for people who would like to explore the workplace environment, learn about team work, and provide a service. Brandon Trust is a registered UK award-winning charity providing high-quality individualised support and services to approximately 1,600 adults, young people, and children with learning disabilities and/or autism across southern England, including London. We believe that everyone should be free to live their life in the way they choose, and our job is to support them to make that happen.

This Learning Disability Week, we are reflecting on the theme of 'Do you see me?'

Here at Brandon Packaging, we see all our colleagues and we listen and work collaboratively because inclusion is just part of who we are 💙

Take a look at some of the other stories about people being supported and seen through Brandon Trust, not just this week, but every week 😊

For Learning Disability Week, we’re celebrating the powerful question: “Do you see me?”

At Brandon, this isn’t just a theme for one week - it’s how we work every day.
From Jordan taking the lead at his first festival, to Nikki thriving in her paid role at Elm Tree Farm, to people building friendships, skills and confidence, we’re proud to support people to be seen, heard and valued for who they are.

Reasonable adjustments make a real difference at work 🤩

At Brandon Packaging, adjustments help ensure people with learning disabilities and autistic people can learn, work and thrive in ways that suit them 👍

From clear communication to tailored support and structured routines, these changes help build confidence, independence and long‑term skills💫

As a Brandon Trust enterprise, we see every day how the right adjustments create opportunities, enabling people to do meaningful work while delivering high‑quality packaging services for the NHS 💙

Inclusion isn’t an extra - it’s part of how we work.

Stress Awareness Month is good reminder to check in with each other and make sure team wellbeing is always at the forefront of everything we do😊

At Brandon Packaging, we strive to always have a welcoming supportive environment and create opportunities to talk and share as a team 💫

Stress Awareness Month is a reminder that stress is something we all experience – and that the right support can make a real difference. It’s also a moment to highlight how workplaces can create environments where people feel safe, valued, and able to ask for help. At Brandon Trust, supporting wellbeing isn’t an add on; it’s part of how we work.

🌿 Stress awareness
Stress can build gradually or hit suddenly. It might look like difficulty concentrating, feeling overwhelmed, disrupted sleep, or simply not feeling like yourself. Recognising these signs early and reaching out is an important act of self care.

💬 Support that puts people first
At Brandon Trust, colleagues have access to trained Mental Health First Aiders who offer a confidential space to talk during the working week. A simple conversation – one where you’re heard without judgement – can help you feel less alone.

As one of our MHFAiders says: “Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is give someone time to talk – and help them feel they matter.”

📱 Help anytime
Colleagues can also access free helplines and practical support anytime, including:
• GP consultations and prescription services
• Counselling and emotional wellbeing support
• Financial and legal advice

🤝 A workplace that cares
Stress Awareness Month is a chance to reflect on what good support looks like – and to celebrate workplaces that prioritise wellbeing. We are committed to creating a culture where people can speak openly, get help early, and feel supported both in and outside of work.

What’s one small thing you can do today to ease your stress or support someone else who might be struggling? Together, we can ‘Be The Change’.

It was wonderful to see our colleague Becky representing Brandon for World Down Syndrome Day last week 😍

Today on , we’re celebrating the global theme: .

Becky, who works at our social enterprise Brandon Packaging, shared: “I’ve got Down Syndrome and I’m proud of it. I feel proud to work as a team at Brandon. They understand us.”

Employment is one of the most powerful ways to build confidence, connection, and independence. At Brandon Trust, we create opportunities that help people develop skills, be part of a team, and live the lives they choose.

Loneliness has no place in an inclusive society. By opening doors to meaningful work, we can stand together to make sure everyone feels valued and connected.
